Problems with GRTD Agent Display

Does anyone know why the GRTD Agent display works on some systems and not others?

- Does SECC have to be installed before GRTD for this to work?
- Does the client need to have a static IP address for this to work?

We have two XP Pro machines. The Agent display works great on one of them, but not the other. The only differences are that they are going through different switches in the data closet. Any help would be great!

You don't need static IP. Check if firewalls are being used.

Do you mean the XP firewall? I will check that, but the agent display is the only thing not working. All of the other displays are working just fine, such as CallsWaiting, AgentsonDNcalls, etc.

Any firewall. If so remove fire wall and see if that clears problem. Double check that all internet explorer security settings are the same.
