Problems with charts

I'm struggling with a chart in crystal. I need to count the number of projects in a prescribed sector however the chart returns the value in £. I want to change the number format but the Number tab in the Chart - General Dialogue is greyed out.

Does anyone have any suggestion sas to how I can resolve this problem?

Have you tried formatting the number field before you actually put it into the chart?

It's a count on project name, so it shouldn't be returning the value as currency at all really.

I'm a bit baffled as to why is won't allow me to use number tab though.

Try going to the chart analyzer->format chart->grid->data axis tab->number tab and change the number format there.
