Problems with call transfer

Good evening,

i have problems when I try to transfer a call made from a phone in the Central Meridiam customer and want to transfer it to another PBX extension Meridiam, but connected by a link.

Please someboday can help us.

ok, the problem is the phone call can not be transfer, we have two meridian conected by PRI link.

We made one phone call from one of pbx meridiam(outgoing call) and after i want to transfer it to the another pbx(dn) and the conect botton of the M3904 doesnt work, only i can make conference call.


by the way if the phone call is incoming, we can do the transfer, not is working when the phone call is outgoing.

Try CLS FTTU on the phone. You probably have FTTC.

if 'Transferring' a call in your case results in a 'CONFERENCE,' couldn't the 'transferer' simply hang up (and it is connected to the 'transferee?')

If the connect button does not show up it is most likely a firmware issue. Try to in LD 32 FDLF (and the TN) if that doesn't work you will need to have your vendor udpate your system.

ok we have CLS FTTU, the buttom connect is active, but when i push it to conect the transfer nothing happen, no transfer.

TRNX (NO) YES (Prevent) Allow Transfer on ringing of supervised external trunks across the network.

The requirement to change was caused within the Trunk Data Block where SUPN is set to YES.

Where we run into problems occurs when a supervised Trunk is conferenced to a TIE (EXTT TRNX) on an unsupervised conference or transfer. If EXTT and TRNX are left NO and the initiator hangs up, the call is disconnected and if changed to YES, they stay locked up until you DSCH, ENLL the connection.)

we have everything that you guys tellus, but we can not made the transfe call, maybe we need to change something else in CDB, but we donnt know, somebody have another idea?

Is the package 409- Plug-ins enabled? You can enable the patch Trunk To Trunk Transfer , using plug-ins...
