Problems compiling vpopmail under Debian

Hi all,
I am in the middle of installing mail server on my Debian box. But i have fall in to some problems while installing vpopmail.

hawk:/var/lib/vpopmail# make
make all-recursive
make[1]: Entering directory `/var/lib/vpopmail'
Making all in cdb
make[2]: Entering directory `/var/lib/vpopmail/cdb'
make[2]: Nothing to be done for `all'.
make[2]: Leaving directory `/var/lib/vpopmail/cdb'
make[2]: Entering directory `/var/lib/vpopmail'

please help me solve the problem oh Mighty Linux Guru's
