Problem with xslt_create() and obtaining dlls

I'm running php 5.

I've got the following error message

Call to undefined function xslt_create()


I know I need sabalot and expat but i'm struggling with this.

From the expat sourceforge page I've downloaded expat_win32bin_1_95_8.exe ran it and it's installed a series of files but none of them are expat.dll, I have libexpat.dll but not expat.dll.

I've downloaded Sablot-Win-1.0.2.zip and have absolutely no idea what to do with it.

Any help would be gratefully received, I'm used to windows software where the installers do everything for you.

Problem is I'm using php 5 and I'm using the wrong dll files.

I downloaded libxslt and copied all the dll files from the bin directory to my c:/php directory.

Works fine now
