Problem with IPO & Alcatel

Hi

I have a very strange problem with 2 IPOs 406 V2 4.0.5 & an Alcatel OmniPCX system. The IPO's are in 2 different cities in Cyprus (they belong to the same company) and the Alcatel is on Greece. All systems have PRI lines. The problem is the following: if from either IPO you call the central number of the Alcatel, the call is answered by the Alcatel's voicemail, and after the greeting message, you are being transfered to the operator. As soon as the operator answers the call the line is disconnected. If the Alcatel calls either IPO no problem. If the IPOs call directly to an Alcatel extension no problem. The problem appears only when the call is being answered by the Alcatel's voicemail. The Alcatel users tell me that they have this problem only with the 2 IPOs. If you call from another PBX in Cyprus the problem doesn't appear. I really have no idea what may be causing the problem, or if the problem is mine or the Alcatel's. I am thinking to upgrade the IPOs but I am open to any other suggestion.

Take a Monitor log with ISDN options checked, then you can se what end disconnects then call.
