Problem with 5602IP telephones 1

I have an IP 406 V2 v4.0.5 with 10 5602 IP phones. In all the phones pressing the "message" button does nothing, but if you press *17 you can hear your voicemail. Does anybody know what can be causing the problem? The phones have all been upgraded with the firmware available with the 4.0.5 release.

There has been a TechTip 173 about that:

Button 3 on the phones should be programmed as
voicemailcollect button.
It's a programmable button in Release4 instead of the default voicemail button.
