Printing Watermarks

I have 1 user that when she tries to print a document with watermarks, they do not print and they do not show up in the print preview window. They do show on the document in the Print Layout View. I have went to Format>Background>Printed Watermark>Checked Text Watermark.

I have also tried going to the print options and checking background colors and images. I have verified in the same location that background printing is checked.

Other users can print the same document with no problem. It is loacted on a network drive.

I am out of things to try. Any advise?

Change or update user's print drivers.

She uses the sames drivers as everyone else. Also it is on all printers and documents. I did uninstall and reinstall one of the printers with no luck. I know it has something to do with printer settings because as I mentioned, it is every document.

Nevermind I got it. Under printer options i had to check "Drawing Objects" Thanks.
