Printing Problems

I have this printer which is old. It is a wide tractor feed printer. The paper that I have to use is said up in Landscape mode. However, if I change the printer settings to Landscape it comes out vertically across the page, it's like I would have to turn the paper 90 to fit it right.

Can anyone tell me if there a way to chage the way the rpitner views the file in Crystal Reports, aside from chaging the printer setup to landscape in the File options.
