I have a Crystal designer who has created a report that prints out bag tags. She would like to have it print out 2 pages for every record in the report. There is one record per page. Is this a Crystal function that we can take advantage or is it more of a printer setting? I am not sure. If anyone has any input, it would be appreciated.

Thanks!
John

Never mind, we figured this out. It was printer setting.

Sorry for dredging this out of th epast but Chelseatech are you able to ellaborate a little on this approach?

Thanks in advance.

If I were doing it, I'd add a blank section for each detail line, and make it too big to fit on a page. Or maybe set New Page After. (Right-click on the detail section and choose Format Section to get to these choices.)

yeah my thoughts as well - although I was interested to see the thoughts behind linking another table - as I was thinking this would add additional overheads?
