Printing Advanced Options Greyed Out

When I go into Printers and Faxes, File, Server Properties, Advanced I find that a lot of the options here are greyed out (all except the 2 for showing information for printers). Does anybody know what causes this?

Does the account you're loggin in with have enough rights to view/make changes to the other fields?
