Print Spooler keeps crashing - Faulting application spoolsv.exe

This is happening on a DL360 with W2k3 Server SP1 loaded. when the Spooler crashes certain printers randomly get documents stuck in the queue and they cannot be deleted so the halt other print jobs

Make sure you are running drivers that are all Windows 2003 drivers.

Also if you have any monitoring software from brother or HP remove it. I have seen tons of examples where these are to blame.
