Hi guys I have a semi-serious situation in one of our offices out of state. All their users connect to our terminal server here in New York. I set it up so that if they have printers installed locally on their network/PC, our server will let them print to that local/network printers in terminal servers. Lately though, when they are in their respective terminal servers session, they print to their printer like always, and the print queue fills up, then acts as if it's printing, it gets to '0' but NOTHING EVER PRINTED?! I have no idea what's going on or where the print job disappeared too?

Are they using session printers that TS creates or are you adding the printers to the server via local port?

I had this a couple of months back,i found i was using the wrpng drivers for the printer it was happening on hope this helps......

Stand up wherever you are, go to the nearest window and yell as loud as you can, 'I'm mad as hell, and I'm not going to take it anymore.'

Have the physical printers changed (to a host-based driver).

Do these printers exist on the client machine, or on a server at the client machine's site? (i.e. local printer, local port printer, IP printer, network printer)?

These printers are on a server at the client machine. In other words, they are sitting on the client's LAN and he is connected to them through a TCP/IP port. The client then logs into our LAN through terminal servers and uses that TCP/IP printer (on a TS port).
