thanks

thanks, would you please explain and or elaborate on how to complete this or is this something this forum dos no do?

you must build a route and then a destination code the rout will strip the 9"must prog to strip the digit"

since u cant use a outgoing line pool button you must use routing....first remove access codes from pools and external should = none..then bbuild route 001 access nyour PRI aand dialout 9"this is temp" then build the dest code under normal of 9* "*being any" point to rout 001..then on digits absorbed remove 1...this sets up only 1 rout for all outgoing local and londistance as long as provider is taking all call 7 /11 digits outpulsed u r ok

once you have done the routing you can create a button that will act like a pool button program it as an extenal auto dial f * 1 then press button then 9
tell the cutomer to press the button then dial the phone number

The technical answer to the customer is "yes you can".
The logical answer is " No that's just the way it is! " Ha!

GO BUCKS!

Just hotline every set to the PRI using the destination code as an outdial, then add the destination code to the 2ND DT field in Routing so the user 'hears' dial tone when they lift the handset
