I have a target line DID I need to call forward to another external number. How do I do that? I have tried to forward the ATA2 it is assigned to unsuccessfully

You can assign the Target line to a spare set or even reception if room then do a "Line Redirect"

I don't think you can redirect the line because it is incoming only. Am I wrong?

All lines (Loop or Target) can be redirected.

Also if they have a RAD on site you can use the set simulator to do it as well.

It was not working when I did it from even a digital phone it was because Telco did not have a feature activated on the PRI. Hey while I have you. The phones that are installed in this building are running thru a fiber connection and an MCK 6000 Gateway. I had a call this morning that when some dialed '9' for a trunk they got 'expensive route' on their display but were still able to make the call. Any thoughts?

Start a new thread please.....easier to track.

Got it covered. I started a new thread 'Expensive Route message' I looked at some other threads with that did not help or I missed something
