PRI channels busy out after power failure

I have a client with a merlin magix R3.0 using PRI service. Everytime they incur a power outage, which seems to be at least once a week, all of the PRI channels busy-out and have to be restored. They are able to still receive inbound calls but can't make any outbound.
I have checked and the Auto Maintenance busy feature is disabled. Any help or input would be great.

That could be an issue with the DS1 module or a processor issue. Maybe a DCH issue.

Any alarms in the Error Log?
Which module is the Magix equipped?

You could put the system on a UPS to avoid this situation.
