I am trying to set up an analog line that does not have to dial 9 in order to get out of the system. I have built my speed call list and set up the XLST and all that good stuff, however when I turn it on in the CDB (PREO 1) it affects not only the analog set I have assigned to the pretranslation group, but also the console. I cannot find in the system where the pretranslation group is assigned to the console - any help?

This is my basic programming:

I can't seem to find out where to change the XLST of the console. I printed the console itself in LD 20 and printed the ATT DATA, but did not see anything about the XLST. Is there somewhere else I need to be looking?

Thanks!

Hi there, this is the print of my analogue modem 500 port, I never dial 9 because it does it when I pick up the line:

Sounds great - I'll try that - Thanks!

As perrypj noted, xlst 1 is assigned to consoles by system design. You would need to create an xlst of another number to assign to that analog phone. I like cawho's suggestion, also.
