PowerPoint 2007 "nudging" images

Does any one have any idea when you zoom into a image in Power Point 2007, and you use the arrow keys, to "Nudge" the image on the slide, the view of the slide re-centers it on the screen?

I am zoomed into the lower left corner of the image, looking at the grip box, and as soon as I nudge the image in any direction is resets back to the center of the image once its moved and I have to go and re-zoon back to the lower left corner again.

Any info. is appreciated.
