Postscript 2 Structure

I am absolutely new to Postscript and I wondered if someone would be kind enough to help me out.

I have written a very simple postscript 2 file which prints OK, but does not display correctly in Ghostview. I imagine that this is a structure problem, but I cannot solve it on my own.

My file looks like this:

%%BeginSetup
%%Feature: *Pagesize A4
%%EndSetup

%%Page: 2 1
[first page of data]
showpage

%%Page: 4 2
[second page of data]

[and so on until the end]
%%Trailer
%%Pages: 31
end

Only the first page shows in Ghostview, but all the pages are printed correctly. Can someone help me out?
