Posting Setting has been deleted

When using the PA~Returns From Project Entry module,(Transactions/Project/PA Purchasing/Returns from Project Entry) if I exit out with out creating a batch it gives me an error, "This post setting has been deleted"

I went into Tools/Setup/Posting/Posting
and I don't see where I can add the post setting.

Any suggestions?
