programmed a liner hunt group with a PLDN -which is directed to voice mail tree - all of which is working fine

my question is this : the requestor wants to throw a loop in the configuration - this is for the help desk :

4357 ( help) -( phantom DCFW-PLDN)
the PLDN a DID and 4357 internal number
flows as is during the day

after 5pm
4357 - vm tree

Does anybody know if this configuration will work ( if so how ) without a symposium script ?
(They want both an internal and DID for this config)

That would be easy in either MMail or CallPilot. Just use a TOD table in MMail, and Day and Time block in Call Pilot's application builder.
 
dont have Call Pilot

I tried TOD in Merl Mail
because the day number is DCFW to a PLDN to a GHT -
doenst work - I want to able to cfw the both numbers to
a nite service with a VM tree
does that make sense?

add a vsdn to match the dialed dn them point that to the vsdn.. in mail you usually change the vsdn to point to the tod instead of the menu.. the tod points to the app..


if this is not the cure, i can't follow the path... expand on that and we will try again

ok SORRY
because 4357 spells HELP on phone and is being used currently for emegency help desk line ( familar)
39XX is our Direct inward dial numbers
Also they want to be able to have managers dial in from home

the requester wants two numbers for our help desk to do this - (one internal 4357 and a DID 3983)

from 7am-5pm
4357 (internal) forwards to PLDN 3983 (DID) which is a GHT
to three different phone sets - then if no one answers it goes to a VM tree in merl mail ( all of this config works fine)

after 5pm
4357 and 3983 -go directly to VM tree in merl mail

the after 5pm part is where I need help

better ?

have you tried forwarding all 3 helpdesk phones to voicemail after 5 pm?
 
I have not found a way (yet) to complete request

I didnt want to create a CDN and write a script -
but it looks like there is no other way
