PHP / HTML Spreadsheet

Hello, please can anyone assist me in the following..

I am looking to create in html a 4 column spreadsheet / data grid where a user can copy and paste excel data (column at a time) into. Or rows of data from an email.

Column one = OEM
Column two = reference
Column three = qty
Column four = price

This html spread sheet needs to preserve any leading zeros etc.. as excel thinks they are numbers and drops them.

Then, i need to be able to export the data to a csv file.

Just thought... it doesn't actually need to be in php.. it could be a jquery / javascript solution etc...
