I have check the daylight savings and stystem time all correct but keep seeing IP/digital phones off by a minute or jump a minute or two, is there any solutions?

do you have your CM configured with an NTP source?

The local clock on the s8x00 servers is likely to drift when not using a reliable time source

On the Systems Features form, there is an entry 'System Updates Time On Station Displays?'. It should be set to 'y'. Every evening when the switch runs maintenance it will synchronize the station clock to the PBX time.

We had this problem for years. It wasn't until we upgraded to CM5.2 (S8510) and configured it with NTP. Problem solved.

Server clocks are not reliable. This is consistent across all server types. You need ntp to sync the server clocks to a reliable clock source. Voice terminal clocks are less reliable than the server clocks.

You also need system-features change above that Kevin mentions in order to sync the phones during continuous system maintenance.

The use of both ntp on all your servers and program 'System Updates Time On Station Displays? y' will keep the servers
and the voice terminals in sync with the ntp sync source and adjust voice terminal clocks to the DST location and correct
daylight-savings plan.
