Phaser 7750 error 9-456

Can anyone assist with the error code 9-456?

I believe the engine controller board will require replacing in order to make this machine operate again.

Also, it is in my interest to replace the developer for each colour.

Can anyone provide the service manual or give any advice/tips on how to replace the developer?
