OK, I just purchased a used ACS processor that was upgraded to R6.0. It is my understanding that it does not come with a backup/restore card. So, must I obtain an official Lucent/Avaya PCMCIA Backup/Restore card or can I use any PCMCIA card, let's say a blank Sandisk 256MB?

Cheers!!!!!!!

I'm not 100% sure, but I would go with the Avaya PCMCIA card. You can't go wrong when using O.M.E. [smile]
