Hi Guys,
We have an old CM version 2 with CMS.
I have created a new VDN and Vectors which routes calls correctly. However, when we run VDN reports, the PCA value is always 0. There a lots of other VDN's working correctly. I have even created a new VDN and Vector, and still get the same result. The only difference to the working ones are that fact that we route the call off switch to an external number out of hours.
Any advise would be great.
