I would like to know if is possible to have the phone number of the person who left a message in the mailbox by pressing a digit

ex: the person hang up and dont leave any message and my customer would like to know who called

but call logs is on a extension and on partner acs right?

Correct, CLID Logs are viewable from a display phone.... As far as I know, The Partner Messaging does not log CLID information for a Voice message in the voicemail itself. IE: "This call was received from ..."
