Partner messaging cant clear 1

Partner messaging r7 Intercom 777 cant get any farther to clear the messages.Do i need to program antyhing on the acs besides hunt group

what else do you have in the 5-slot carrier and what order are they in. Depending on where it is in the carrier is what determines the extensions you assign to hunt group 7.

I have a acs rel3 308ec in 1st slot and the partner messaging in 2nd slot

try assigning extensions 30 and 31

if that doesnt work, try assigning 26 and 27.

make sure that whenever you are assigning and unassigning extensions that those are the only extensions assign (example: if you assign 26 and 27, unassign 30 and 31)

I have a acs rel3 308ec in 1st slot and the partner messaging in 2nd slot

The acs rel3 is Ext. 10-17

The 308ec in 1st slot is 18-25

The partner messaging in 2nd slot is 26-27 with a 2-port license card, or 26-29 with a 4-port license card, or 26-31 with a 6 port license card.
