partner mail vs passcode

Can anyone help us re-set the passcode for extentions in partner mail vs. When we enter the extention #,it then prompts us for our passcode, of which we have no idea what they could be. We do know it is not the 1234 default. Any information or direction would be greatly appreciated!

Log into the System Administrator's mailbox (99), press 9 to go to the next menu, press 4 for mailboxes, enter the mailbox number you're having trouble with and pound sign, then press 3 to re-initialize the password to 1234
