Partner II Calls rolling to Fax instead of voicemail

When all of our lines are occupied instead of rolling to voicemail like it usually does, it now rolls to the fax line. any idea how to change the setting back? I just inherited this phone system with my new job. Thanks so much

its a telco issue , call them

Call phone company and have them take the fax line out of your hunt group.
