Parsing Text - Excel

I have a series of cells for which I would like to parse and pull out specific data from each of the cells. In this case, the data that is in the target cell(s) is not always the same length.

What I want to do is always pull the remaining text from within the target cell after the first three characters starting from the RIGHT rather than the left. For example:

Table 1.1
ColA
11001
12001
12000
401021002
12345002

I would like to pull all of the remaining data from the fields listed above starting with the 4th place from the RIGHT. The RIGHT function would work if I could input a "starting position" and the MID function allows a starting position but always starts from the left.

My final data results should be this:

Table 1.2
ColB
11
12
12
401021
12345

Can anyone out there lend a hand for a function perhaps?

Excellent! That worked perfectly. Thanks for the help!
