Parked Call Handling

On a couple of sites recently the users have been parking calls but have been unable to return to the parked call due to another ringing call on their handset.

The systems were both V2.1(27) and in both cases the users have DT handsets.

Anybody know how to get around this or is this a feature!

Dialing the short code to ride the call should cancel the Rinnging call (provided they DO NOT pickup the handset 1st

If not try pressing the group button will bounce a group call to the next agent or press No calls
