Pagemaker 6.5 PC Hangs when scrolling

Pagemaker 6.5 PC Hangs when scrolling (usually through linked graphic). Crashes Win98, with no error messages etc.
This seems to happen every 20 minutes or so and is incredebly annoying as the only fix is a complete reeboot. Are there any common conflicts/bugs in PM65?

No common bugs or problems with Win 98 and Pagemaker like this.
The graphics are placed with just a link or also embedded?
Are the linked graphics on the harddrive?
Is the Pagemaker doc on the harddrive?
Sometimes if you have a doc or the graphics on the network and you try to work in the file anything going on over the network can cause such a problem.
I'll check back tomorrow if none of these suggestions help.
