Page port pinout

I have a merlin 1030 with an 8 conducter page port. I already have an amplifier with an rca input, and I wanted to know how to connect the page port on the system to the rca jack on the amp. I also wanted to know if the 1030 can do an outside transfer, and if the moh can be adjusted from system programming. Oh, and one more thing, can the smdr reports be put in a text file on the computer instead of printing them out???
