Page Header Moves

Hi
I have a problem with Access2002 (wasn't in 97)
The labels in the Page Header are justified with the Detail
section and when printed the first page looks just fine
and in the other pages it's shifted.
Is happens when resize the report but it's not always reversible.(resize it back dosen't always solve it)
Is there a solution?
