OutLook

I am a new outlook user in a small but quite busy company. We have recently set up our customer service email from an imap server to come over into outlook. I set this up on my computer with no problem. After setting this up on 3 other systems they all seem to be getting an outlook connection error. Is there anyone that can give me general assitance with outlook and this problem. Maybe even point me in a good direction to recieve tech service information with outlook in general. I'll look forward to your replies.

I presume everyone has persmission to the mail box.

Is the server exchange? If so which version?

Did you add it using Profile - change - Advance - Additional Mailbox?
