outlook synchronization

Hi,
I have a couple of questions about my blackberry:

1) When I move messages from my outlook inbox to an outlook folder, these are not moved on my blackberry after a synchronization (however they are moved if the folder that I moved the message to in outlook was the deleted messages folder)

2) Also, is it possible to have custom made folders (non default) on outlook that synchronize with custom made folders (non default) on the blackberry.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1) That behavior is by design. Essentially, the BB software looks at the status of messages when it synchronizes. It recognizes messages in Deleted Items should be deleted. It doesn't see messages in personal folders, so it doesn't do anything to the message on the handheld as a safety precaution.

2) Not to my knowledge. It's designed to synchronize the Inbox and Deleted Items. You can move messages to other folders through the handheld (takes place at next cradle synch) but that's it.
