I am swapping around a couple windows xp computers and when I try to setup the existing email account on office xp (account works fine with office 2000) it will connect to outgoing server and send a test message but it gives an error when trying to logon to the incoming server. I am not the admin of the isp server and am not sure if it is a problem on that side of the network or what. I reset the password and the account still wont logon using outlook xp as it does in outlook 2000! any ideas?

outlook logon problem

yes, i am positive that the server address info is exactly accurate. Im gonna try resetting the password again but aside from that im at a loss. I really don't know whats up. Someone mentioned to me that it may be a server issue but I highly doubt it being that 23 other users in the office arent having any problems with there email.
