Using Access 2002, I'm generating a couple hundred reports that are to be emailed to company agents (controllers, etc.) every month-end. I've written the code in access to automate this process so that I don't have to manually perform each function; I can kick it off and go home for the evening.
In today's testing of DoCmd.SendObject if I set the 'Edit Message' arugument to false I get the following message from Outlook:
"A program is trying to send mail using Item.Send. A program is trying to automatically send e-mail using a Microsoft Outlook Visual Basic Application command, Item.Send. If you want to this program to send this e-mail, click yes."
Essentially, Outlook is halting my Access automation initiative.
Any words of wisdom of how to remedy or override Outlook?
Thx!
