Outlook Calendar Reminder Issue

Is anyone familiar with an issue where the MS Outlook 2003 Calendar no longer generates reminders for appointments and meetings, etc? The reminders will generate on the users Blackberry but not on the desktop. If anyone is familiar with some things that could fix this or point me in the right direction, I would be grateful. Thanks in advance.

I assume you tried starting Outlook with the /cleanreminders switch?

No I haven't let me check that out now, I'll let you know if that fixes it.
