Outlook 2007 toolbars

Hi,

I installed recently Outlook 2007.
I have 2 toolbars always on, "Standard" and "BlueSoleil Admin", but I want to remove "BlueSoleil" toolbar, but when I remove next time I start outlook it's always there again.
How can I remove it once for all?
