I am running Outlook 2000 SP3 on Win2k.

I have had to reload Windows etc. and I cannot get Outlook to give me the option to create different email identities and then use the Send Using option to send messages accordingly.

I.e. I have two email addresses njw@xxxxxx.co.uk and njw@yyyyy.co.uk

I have set them up in Outlook services (Accounts option that used to be there has disappeared).

Any thoughts?

Many thanks

This is normal for Outlook 2000 in Corporate / Workgroup mode. If you want to switch to IMO mode, go to Tools, Options, Mail Services tab, Reconfigure Mail Support button.

Many thanks. Didn't think I'd set it up that way - always the simple stuff that trips you up!
