Outgoing caller ID

I have a customer that needs to push their individul DID's out. Under PRI, Number to Sent, when we send Base Number with Extension, it's only sending the area code and extension. It drops the exchange. One time it dropped the 1st digit of the extension. The exchange is 918.

So all you'll see is area code and ext. (xxx-5402, xxx-5403, xxx-5404, etc.). I can send the same number out fine across the whole PRI, but that's not good. Is it because the exchange starts with a 9?

Am I missing something?

For the base number with extension, make sure you are putting in all 10 digits for the base number. It will then remove the appropriate digits off the end and replace them with the extension number.
