Does it ever start again, does OTM stop responding, can you do anything else in OTM, can you do anything else on the PC? Does it finish the retreive and stop when it is writing to OTM?
depending on your answer, problem could be with ethernet link/hub/etc, or PC/OTMsoftware/etc
What if you just retreive a card at a time - same problem?

Thanks for you response. No, the OTM stops responding and you can't do anything else with the PC. The OTM stops and does not finish writing to the OTM. No problem retrieving one card at a time or just one phone? Also, no problem retrieving CPND all. I'm really thinking if the problem is with the software or the PC itself.
