Options for RAID Management Software?

We have a 4 Port SATA MegaRAID Controller, and aside from the command line utility I was wondering what my options were in terms of management software. For example right now we have a RAID 1 mirror with 2 120GB disks.

1 disk was knocked offline and I'd like to rebuild the disk without having to keep the server down. Which is the only way I know how to work with the array, through the BIOS -esque interface.

So is it possible to rebuild the mirror (or arrays) while the server is up? If so what software packages are available to help me manage my raid arrays? Something like a Dell Openmanage application
