G3 v12 i need to redirect "0" operator calls to an offsite location pots

speaking of brevity. i need when 0 is dialed to send call to offsite off network location via pots line. the best i could find was to change dial anal 0 to something else. not sure what yet or if im on right track

Are you trying to redirect poeple actually dialing 0? Or is this for various calls that get routed to 0 due to intercept treatment etc?


If you are trying to redirect those calls you can simply cha uniform-dialplan. add an entry for 0 and specify aar as your Net. Then in AAR add an entry for the 0. You'll have to build a route to use that deletes the 0 and finally inserts the external number you are trying to send the calls to.

Both, the company wants to close local switchboard and route all 0 and non did incoming calls to another site that is not networked one site to other
