Operator extension ringing every 1 minute for a new message

If there is an unchecked message on the main operator extension then it keeps on ringing as an alert after every other minute. It happens only over the weekends.

How can i turn off this message alert over the weekend?

The only alert/alarm that I am aware of is using the alarm clock. There is no message alert that rings the operator phone - unless outcalling is being used by voicemail to dial the operator extention - which would be a rather unusual use - typically outcalling is used to call a cellphone, pager or home phone to alert someone that a message has been left in their mailbox. But the shortest programmable cycle for outcalling is every 5 minutes - and I believe the maximum number of repetitions is 9. What kind of system is this (Legend, Magix - software release)? What type/version of voicemail?
