Hello, I am setting up a test One-X Mobile server and am attempting to connect to it via the iPhone app. When I try to log in, the application closes and I'm left at the iPhone home screen. Here is the log I got from the iPhone Config Utility:

How do I go about fixing this "Unsupported protocol type?

You need to provide more info about your setup.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

We have a virtual server running one-X Portal 8.0.103, connecting to a IP Office 8.0.16 system. I can access the web browser portion of one-X, and everything appears to function correctly. The test user has a Power User profile, Softphone, one-X Portal Services, one-X TeleCommuter, and Remote Worker are enabled. Under the user Mobility settings, Mobility Features is enabled, as well as one-X Mobile Client, Mobile Call Control, and Mobile Callback.

To test the mobile app, I am connecting to our internal test network via a VPN over the cellular network. Using the one-X Mobile 6.1 app, I am attempting to connect using port 8444 with Secure Connection off. When I try to connect, the application closes and I'm brought to the iPhone home screen. Using a different port or turning Secure Connection on will give me a network error stating it cannot connect to the server. I have also tried version 5.2 of the Mobile client with the same result.

You need to use the One-X Mobile preferred for IPOffice.
You have the wrong one.
