One Call Setting 1

Generic extn has one personal number entry which is a freephone number. Customers are complaining they get congestion on every second call. I see the ONE CALL=1 , shouldn't this be = 0 to allow multiple calls to divert to the freephone??

This is the description of the parameter , i think
it describes it well.

The parameter states that the entered answering position can only be called once while the call is being distributed.

When the parameter is set to NO, the selected answering position can be called as many times as the Personal Number is called. When the parameter is set to YES, once the selected answering position has received a call, it will not be called again by another incoming call to the service while the deflection to that answering position is going on. New incoming calls deflected to that answering position will be directly distributed to the next answering position in the active list, regardless of the value for parameter BSYCHO.
