ODBC Driver Manager error

I am running Windows XP with MS Office XP and recently started to get the following error message when I wanted to open a third party program. The error I get is:

SQLSTATE = IM002
[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified

Can someone help me solve this problem? Is there a way to reinstall a program that would correct this? I have attempted by repairing MS Office XP but it does not solve the problem. Thanks for your help.

This error means the Data source the program is expecting doesn't exist any more. Can you reinstall the program?
